MD Wolfgang Brysch, president of the administrative board
Born in 1958, he studied computer science in the USA and medical science in Göttingen and Cambridge. He earned a doctorate at the Max-Planck institute for bio-physical chemistry in Göttingen. After the doctorate he worked 4 years as a scientific manager in the fundamental research, leading a study group for molecular neuro- and tumor-biology at the Max-Planck institute for bio-physical chemistry. Since 1991 Wolfgang Brysch is co-founder and shareholder of three successful enterprises doing biotechnology, pharmaceuticals and pharmaceutical specific IT. He has years of experience in development and regulatory approval of medicine, patent applications and license agreements as well as in the pharmaceutical business Development.
Heinz T. Stadelmann, member of the administrative board, studied jurisprudence and architecture in Zurich and Berne. Since 2002 he owns lawyer's office in St. Gallen. In addition he completed miscellaneous skill enhancements in economy and legal service. Amongst others he posesses the higher economy diploma Zurich and the advocate patent of the canton of Berne. Outside his job he does legal consultants.
Axel Bott as a graduate designer is the creative head of the administration board. He studied industrial design at the university of applied sciences for design in Pforzheim. Then he gained for several years experience in communication design and team organization. Since September 2003 he's freelancing as coordinator for marketing and communication management.
Ekkehard Brysch, CEO
Born in 1953, studied business administration and law in Göttingen. In 1980 he founded a company for business consulting and project management. This company evolved to the multinational "BDU Unternehmensberatung Ekkehard Brysch & Partner", now running offices in Germany and the USA. He has many years of experience with planning and controling of international consultation. In 1995 hei trained and qualified to Certified Management Consultant (CMC). His main emphasis in international consultation as CMC was business planning, construction of enterprise cooperations, strategic alliances and joint ventures in Europe and the USA.
