Development Approach

MetrioPharm follows a de-risked approach to drug development.
Under the premise that there are numerous effective drug compounds developed or in use in many countries outside the primary focus of the biotechnology industry (i.e. North America, Europe, Japan, Australia), MetrioPharm has built an international search and scouting network to identify such promising drug candidates.
Existing data of such compounds are analyzed for a clear indication of safety and efficacy in man.

Upon positive analysis, MetrioPharm acquires the exclusive rights for such compounds for the further validation and development according to international standards.

Our goal is to partner/out-license our drug candidates to established pharmaceutical companies for further (co-)development and marketing.
