Comments:
Your IP address will be saved when you leave a comment or an entry on our blog. In case a user leaves a comment or an entry with illicit content on our blog, we must be able to confirm the user’s identity, as we ourselves may be liable for prosecution over such content.

Newsletter

For the delivery of the “Press Release” newsletter, the "Investor Relations" newsletter and the “Blog” newsletter, we employ the so-called double-opt-in process. This means that that we will only e-mail you newsletter upon your explicit confirmation that we should activate the newsletter. 

Your registration for a newsletter and the corresponding confirmation will be saved, so that we may provide evidence that you registered for it.
If, at a later point in time, you would no longer like to receive newsletters from us, you may withdraw your subscription at any time, by using the “unsubscribe” link provided in the newsletter.

Social Media Plugins

We do not use social media plugins. The clickable buttons of Xing, LinkedIn, and Google + in the footer of our website act solely as links to the corresponding webpages of our company in these social networks.

Right to information, deletion, rectification, and suspension of data

We will keep you informed you at all times, either in writing or electronically, about whether your data are being stored by us, and if so, which data are affected. A formal request for information must be in writing and accompanied by a proof of identity. You have the right to cancel, rectify, or suspend such personal data.
